Returns & Refunds
Merchandise must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
You must return the item within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or refund.
For Returns: (shipping costs are non-refundable)
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly refund your original method of payment when the item is returned and inspected. Returns must not have been used or altered.
For Refunds: (shipping costs are non-refundable)
If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges regardless if its domestic or international) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets our return conditions.
Orders that haven’t been processed can be cancelled at no charge. Please email Customer Service at email@example.com with your order number, customer recipient name and a contact number.
